Newcastle missed out on a Premier League win against Liverpool after conceding a 99th-minute penalty, ending in a 2-2 draw.
They then edged past Championship side West Brom with a 3-2 win at St James’ Park on Wednesday to move into the EFL Cup third round.
Both teams have strong attacks but are still working on their defense under new managers. We predict more than 1.5 goals.
