Real Betis are set to host Panathinaikos at La Cartuja on Thursday in the Europa League last-16.
Panathinaikos hold a slim advantage after winning 1-0 in Athens last week.
Betis reached the last 16 by finishing fourth in the league phase, recording five wins, two draws, and only one loss in eight games.
However, Betis lost the first leg to Panathinaikos, marking their second defeat in the main draw.
They now need to recover if they want to continue their European run, after finishing as Conference League runners-up last season.
After that loss, Los Verdiblancos drew 1-1 at home against sixth-placed Celta Vigo on Sunday, staying three points ahead of their rivals in the fight for fifth place.
Betis can take heart from their last three Europa League home wins, over Lyon, Utrecht, and Feyenoord.
La Cartuja has been a stronghold for Betis in Europe this season, and they will look to use their home advantage to overturn the last-16 tie.

Last week’s first leg at St James’ Park ended in a 1-1 draw. Harvey Barnes scored for Newcastle in the 86th minute, but Lamine Yamal equalised for Barcelona with a penalty in the 96th minute.
Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick admitted his team “didn’t make a good game” in the first leg, even though they managed a late draw.
He has told his players they need to play “much better” if they want to reach the Champions League quarter-finals for the third year in a row.
Barcelona, who have won the Champions League five times, have a strong record in knockout rounds.
They have won 23 of 29 UEFA two-legged ties after drawing the first leg away, including 11 of 14 when the first leg ended 1-1.
After conceding late against Barcelona, Newcastle responded with a key 1-0 Premier League win at Chelsea on Saturday.
Anthony Gordon scored in the first half, giving Newcastle their fourth win in five away games across all competitions.
Wednesday’s match is likely to be another close contest. Still, Barcelona are seen as the favourites, and with Yamal leading the way, they should have enough to outscore Newcastle.

Arsenal struggled with set pieces in Germany and looked likely to lose after Robert Andrich scored from a corner. Leverkusen kept Mikel Arteta’s team quiet for most of the match.
But two smart substitutions by the Arsenal manager turned things around. Noni Madueke came on for Bukayo Saka and won a late penalty, which Havertz calmly scored against his former team.
Leverkusen have drawn five of their last six games in all competitions. If they want to advance, they will need more than another draw against Arsenal in North London.
